We pride ourselves on the principles of mother-led/ birthing person-led/family-led care. We help with research and informed decision-making. Helping with your “Birth- Day Plan”. Labor Support (In-home, Birth Center & Homebirth settings). We keep continuous training & up-to-date knowledge of birth, postpartum care as well as basic infant support. We have the basic knowledge of Breast/chestfeeding support as well as resources to many different support systems in the area for maximum birth and postpartum support.

Birth-Day Package
This package includes 2-3 prenatal visits. Focusing on bonding and your “Birth-day Plan” it will also include postpartum care for the 1st 2 months after the baby arrives and periodical check-ins for the 1st year. Pregnancy & Labor support and the option of a family photography session up to 1 year after our care.
We take payment plans of all types and allow up to one year to be paid in full on this package with a plan agreed upon prior to birth. We are not in the business of making it difficult for families to afford care as we fully believe doulas are essential. Everyone needs a village.

Glow & Guide Package
This package includes 3-6 prenatal/post partum visits. Birth-day planning session. Postpartum care including light meal prep, light housekeeping. Errands(Grocery Pick-up/picking up a curbside order or prescription) and downtime for parents. Initial breast/chestfeeding support (with a list of lactation specialists to refer to on hand) the choice of a Maternity or newborn session. With periodic check ins for the first year.

Recover & Restore Package
This is our Ultimate Recover & Restore Package which includes birth & postpartum support. This package includes 3-6 prenatal/post partum visits ( Normally a mix of In-Person/ Virtual visits depending on when you come into our care). These visits consist of us bonding and planning your wishes for your “Birth-day” and what postpartum care will look like for you. As well as the option of having both a Maternity/ Newborn session. This includes birth photography which is always an option never a requirement. Your photographs are for you and your memories. You are in our care for two years after your birth.
