Shay is a trauma-informed full spectrum birth and postpartum doula. An advocate and part of the LBTGQIA community. Boy mom of two beautiful boys and is past NICU momma from her first birth.
In a separate role not connected to her doula business she is a phase 3 student midwifery apprentice as her goal is to serve all birthing person(s) with a focus on low-income families, helping bridge the gap in the care of black mothers and birthing people and offering unbiased and open care to all members of the LGBTQIA community. Lowering the rate of black mothers passing which is very real problem in modern America.

Denecia is a NICU and C- section mother herself and believes in helping everyone get the birth experience they want. She is a full spectrum doula who is constantly expanding her knowledge in all areas birth and postpartum. She is certified in Bengkung Belly Binding. She is currently training in infant massage as well as pre & postnatal yoga.
